SRC Tennis
Welcome to the Somerset Rec Club Tennis program! Go ahead...make a racquet! Tennis is the ultimate family sport! It is healthy, engaging, and provides many opportunities for friendship and physical play. It teaches sportsmanship, rewards practice with better play, and challenges one's mind and physical abilities. We have great opportunities for social play, team play, tournament play and lessons at the SRC Tennis courts. Come join us this summer. Click here for the registration form for lessons.
You may reserve a court for one hour of singles play, and one and a half hours for doubles. No more than 2 guests can play in any group.
Key Information
To access the courts during pool hours, a key may be obtained from the club office. To access the courts during all other hours, you may purchase a tennis key for $25 (refundable deposit). The Tennis Program has the the courts reserved during all scheduled events (see calendar). Members have priority over non-members and all normal guest fees and rules apply. Lifeguards may be asked by other members to confirm that players are members and if not, assist in letting non-members know they will need to leave the courts. Non-members should always be accompanied by a member and all fees and rules will apply.
Four club tennis racquets will be available at the front desk for members to use. A deposit of either $20, a cell phone, Drivers License, car keys, etc., is required to encourage racquet return.
