Our last meet...

Thank you everyone who participated, volunteered and joined in on the best swim team season ever! More pool records were broken, many best times were recorded, loads of laps were swum, dozens of pancakes were eaten, and several new friends were made.

Champs

Swimmers for Champs are posted on the lineup page.

Signup GeniousDon't forget, volunteer sign-ups are online; email Natalie and she will enter you into the system. Once you are in, you can signup for volunteer shifts here!

Parents please consider volunteering as an “Official” this summer. The “Official” jobs include Stroke & Turn and Starter. Many Somerset Officials have graduated so we need more officials to run a meet. It’s a great way to learn more about swimming. Plus you’ll have a front row seat! If you are interested in finding out more, please contact Kim Smerekanych.

The Midlakes Board of Directors chose to move Somerset up to Division 2 this season because last season Somerset had the best Win-Loss record in Division 3 (for both A-Meets and B-Meets).

    Somerset Swim Team Philosophy

The Somerset Swim Team program works to provide a positive learning and growing atmosphere for all team members. The coaches constantly work to help swimmers enhance all four competitive strokes, improve racing techniques, build self confidence, become good team members, and learn that winning and succeeding are not always the same thing. The Somerset Swim Team hopes to provide motivation, instruction, fun times, and support for all team members.
